Funeral services for David Allen Burrows Jr.,56, of Gainesville, are set for Thursday February 3, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00 - 2:00 pm.

David was born in Gainesville on February 3, 1954 to David and Hattie Marie Boyd Burrows. He passed away January 30, 2011 in Denton.

He is survived by his beloved companion Vicki Nieman of Denton, brother James Burrows of Gainesville, granddaughters Kayla Davis and Carli Davis, sister in law Cathy Burrows of Gainesville, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

David was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Mike Burrows.

Pallbearers will be David Wright, Glen Thurman, Richard Klement, Ricky Selder, Scott Henry, and Junior Boyd. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Burrows, Brad Thompson, and Gene Shastain.
