Eddy Dell Ball

Graveside services for Eddy Dell Ball, Jr. are set for 10:00 am Friday, May 6, 2011 at Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. Mark Loewen officiating. A visitation will be held Thursday, May 5, 2011 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.

Mr. Ball was born in Gainesville on March 10, 1960. He returned to Gainesville after serving in the United States Marine Corps and worked in the construction and oilfield industries around Cooke County. He loved his family, fishing and being outdoors. He was also talented in crafting wood and leather.

Survivors include his mother Barbara Wofford; brother and sister in law David and Kim Wofford; brother Larry Wofford; sister Lynda Wofford all of Gainesville; father Eddy Dell Ball, Sr. of Campbell; brother Brian Ball of Dublin, OH; brother Greg Ball of Yorktown, VA; daughter Cassandra Ball; grandson Anson Rodriquez of Azusa, CA; four other children, and numerous other family and friends.12/06/20
