Ronald Stephen Jones

Funeral services for Ronald S. Jones, Sr., 60, of Moss Lake, will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, May 21, 2011 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Humphreys officiating.

Steve died Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth.

He was born on June 29, 1950 in Dallas to Robert O’Neal and Hazel Erma Loraine (Gentry) Jones.

“Jonesy” led a very active lifestyle. He lived his life to the fullest and never took anything for granted. Many of his passions, among other things, included riding his motorcycle, playing golf, dancing, playing pool, and throwing horseshoes. Being so active earned him the nickname “Too Busy” which he enjoyed.

Steve is survived by his wife Alice Holt Scott of Moss Lake; daughter Rhonda Primrose of Princeton; son and daughter-in-law Ronald Stephen, Jr. and Tara Jones of Krum; son and daughter-in-law Richard Neal and Michele Jones of Gainesville; step-daughter and son-in-law Beddie and Mark McCage of Thackerville, OK; step-son and daughter-in-law Jeff and Veronica Scott of Thackerville, OK; step-son and daughter-in-law Timmy and Temeshea Scott. He is also survived by 6 brothers, 1 sister, 16 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
