Mr. Lewis died June 16, 2011 at his residence.

Mike was born June 9, 1946 in DeKalb to John G. and Mary Foster Lewis. He was school bus driver maintenance worker for Gainesville Independent School District for many years.

Mr. Lewis is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Serena and Craig Evins of Gainesville; son Scott Lewis of Dallas; sister and brother-in-law Shawna and Bryan Hughs of Gainesville; sister Sylvia Eberts of Magnolia; 5 grandchildren: Kendall and Kyle Evins, DeLaney, Caiden, and Braven Lewis.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents.
