Arvin Burdett

Graveside services for Arvin Burdett 89, of Gainesville are set for Sunday July, 10, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. in Lanes Chapel Cemetery in Valley Mills ,Texas with Kent Burdett officating under the direction of the Geo. J. Carroll and Son Funeral Home. Mr. Burdett died on July 7, 2011 at his home.

Arvin was born on June 28, 1922 in Glass, Sommerville Co., Tx. to B.C. and Estella Holder Burdett. He is survived by his sons Kent and Keith Burdett, siblings Eunice Alexander, Letha Shelton, Travis Burdett and Inez Littleton, also 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Foundation of America or Home Hospice of Cooke County.
