Joe Emanuel Buck

Private memorial services for Joe Emanuel Buck, 69, of Gainesville, is scheduled for Tuesday, December 6, 2011.

Joe was born December 4, 1941 in Nocona. He passed away at his residence on December 3, 2011.

He married Reba Koonce in Gainesville in 1958.

Joe loved to fish and hunt, especially for deer. Joe was a master electrician, and owned and operated Texoma Electric. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #210.

He is survived by his wife Reba Buck of Gainesville; daughter and son in law Lisa and Don York of Denton; daughter and son in law Denna and Kyle Kuhn of Lindsay; grandchildren Sara Booher of Denton, Lauren McKnight of Gainesville, Pete York of Lewisville, Duke York of Denton, Teresa Lausier of Frisco, Bailey Kuhn of Lindsay, Tanner Kuhn of Lindsay, and Karli Kuhn of Lindsay; great granddaughter Addison Booher of Denton; sister Nancy Norcross of Gainesville; and brother William Buck of Fort Lauderdale, FL.

He is also survived by his step-sisters Patsy Owensby of Mesquite, and Billie Nichols of Gainesville.

He was preceded in death by his parents Bailey Buck and Willie Jo Grundy and step-father W. B. Grundy.
