Bill "Duke" Holderman

Memorial services for Bill "Duke" Holderman, 76, of Lake Kiowa, are set for 2:00 pm February 28, 2012 at the First Baptist Church in Collinsville with the Rev. Jerry Davis officiating. A visitation will be held at the church before the service.

Duke was born in Chickasha, OK on February 4, 1936 to Ernie and Letha McManaway Holderman. He passed away on February 24, 2012 in Denison.

He is survived by his wife Jimmie Holderman of Lake Kiowa; daughter Brenda Murphy of Pickton; daughter and son in law April and Ryan Waggoner of Prosper; son Kirk Holderman of Cairo, Egypt; granddaughter Mollie Jane Cockrum and her husband Talon of Sulphur Springs; Amanda Murphy and her son Parker Murphy of Rockwall; great grandchildren Lane Murphy, Reese Cockrum, and Denton Cockrum. He is also survived by his brothers Hank Holderman and Dale Holderman, and a sister Fern Howard.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson Jeremy Murphy, 3 brothers and 1 sister.
