Norma Jean " Jeannie " Case

Funeral services for Norma Jean "Jeannie" Case, 81, of Gainesville, are set for Friday June 1, 1012 at 10:00 a.m at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Fr. Victor Cruz officiating. Burial will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery in Lindsay, Texas.



Jeannie passed peacefully Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Pecan Tree Rehabilitation Center in Gainesville.

Jeannie was born November 19, 1930 to Albert Mosser and Cecilia Albers Mosser. She married Leroy R. Case on February 25, 1954. Jeannie worked at Bomber Bait for 40+ years. She enjoyed traveling with her closest friends.

Survivors include husband, Leroy R. Case of Gainesville, children Karen Case of Corinth, Kevin & Diane Case of Gainesville, Jim & Tammy Case of Gainesville, Tina Case of Little Elm, and Tom & Brenda Case of Lindsay, 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and a brother, Lee Mosser.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Norbert Mosser and sister Margie Dulock.

Arrangements are under the direction of Geo. J. Carroll and Son Funeral Home..

a vigil service with visitation to follow will br held on Thursday May 31, at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be: Bryant & Mitchell Case, Marcus Case, Dillon & Doug Case, Chad Welch and Scott Hutchison.

The family would like to thank the nursing staff at Pecan Tree Rehabilitation Center and Cooke County Home Hospice for their wonderful loving care.
