Douglas Moore

Funeral services for Douglas "Papa" Frank Moore, 58, of Ratliff City, OK, are set for 10:00 am Saturday, August 18, 2012 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel in Gainesville, TX., with the Rev. Larry Argo and Rev. Wynes Manney officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Gainesville. A visitation will be held at 6:00 pm Friday, August 17, 2012 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.

Doug was born on March 4, 1954 in Hobbs, NM to Frank Eldridge and Wanda Faye Archer Moore. He passed away on Monday, August 13, 2012 in Ardmore, OK.

He is survived by his wife Debbi Moore of Ratliff City, OK; son and daughter-in-law Frank and Brandi Moore of Ratliff City, OK; son and daughter-in-law J.R. & Nila Moore of Forestburg, TX; son and daughter-in-law Matt and Sharon Moore of Forestburg, TX; daughter Carrie Barber and her fiancee' Thomas Watkins of Graham, OK; and 20 grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law Densel and Debbie Moore of Macomb, OK; brother and sister-in-law Danny and Peggy Moore of Bowie, TX; brother and sister-in-law Dewayne and Susan Moore of Collinsville, TX; sister and brother-in-law Era and Don Mercer of Mannsville, OK; sister and brother-in-law Barbara and J.W. Riddles of Forestburg, TX; sister and brother-in-law Nelda and David Rohrer of Gainesville, TX; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Traci Moore; daughter Sissy Moore; grandson Rocky Barber; and son-in-law Bobby Barber.
