Colton Bentley

Funeral services for Colton Howard Bentley, 18, passed form this life to his heavenly home Thursday September 6, 2012 in Mustang, OK.


Colton was the son of Amy Bentley and Howard Bentley. Until he graduated in 2012, he was active in showing cattle with the Texas Junior Livestock Association and Red Angus Association. He was also a member of SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions), FFA, and played football. His greatest love was working with cattle, and he was employed with Buchanan Cattle Co. in Mustang, OK.


Colton is survived by his mother Amy Bentley of Sadler; father Howard Bentley; a sister Payton Bentley of Stephenville; grandparents Benny and Sue Lonsdale of Randlett, OK; grandparents Sonny and Rosemary Bentley of Burkburnett, aunts and uncles: Red and Trish Griffin of Randlett, John and Carolyn Lonsdale of Muskogee, OK, and Jeremy and Susan Dombek of Edmond, OK; numerous cousins; and special friend Taylor Coleman.


Colton will be remembered for his smile, love of his friends, and living life to the fullest.


Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Sunday, September 9, 2012 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel in Gainesville. Interment will be 10:00 AM Monday, September 10, in the Fairview Cemetery in Randlett, OK.
