Ronald "Ronnie" Keith Skaggs

A memorial service for Ronald "Ronnie" Keith Skaggs, 59, of Lake Kiowa, is set for Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Frank Sikes officiating. No visitation is planned.

Ronnie was born in Gainesville to Alvin Alexander Skaggs and Mary Willis Martin Skaggs on March 10, 1953. He passed away at his residence on October 28, 2012.

Ronnie was of the Baptist faith. He was a member of the Law Dogs Motorcycle Club and enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson. He was self-employed and owned Skaggs Heating & Air for 10 years.

He is survived by his fiance'e Michelle Pneuman of Lake Kiowa; son Jeff Skaggs of Bonham; daughter Jennifer Parsons of Gainesville; mother Mary White and her husband Bill Morrison of Gainesville; brother Bill Skaggs of Gainesville; sister Renae DeGarmo of Gainesville; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, and a brother Calvin "Corky" Skaggs.
