Calvin Granville Johnson

A graveside service for Calvin Granville Johnson, 87, of Collinsville, is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 22, 2013 at Mt. Zion Cemetery with Pastors Jordan Johnson and Jerry Davis officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 21 at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.


Mr. Johnson passed away March 18, 2013 in Corinth.


Mr. Johnson was born May 28, 1925 in Cooke County, Texas to Granville and Lizzie McClusky Johnson.


Survivors include: wife, Betty Johnson of Collinsville; son, Kerry Johnson and wife, Janet of Collinsville; son, Kenny Johnson and wife, Laura of Richardson; son, Kevin Johnson and wife, Kitty of Grapevine; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister, Gladys Perino of Joliet, IL; and brother, James Johnson and wife Lee of Collinsville.
