Mike Solorio

Funeral services for Mike Solorio,76, of Gainesville, are set for 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Andrew Anderson officiating. A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Tuesday, March 26, 2013.

Mr. Solorio passed away March 23, 2013 in Denton.

Mike was born October 6, 1936 in La Piedad, Michoacan, Mexico to Jesus and Mikaela Nava Solorio. He worked at Indrustrial Models for over 30 years.

Mr. Solorio is survived by his wife Alicia Solorio of Gainesville; son and daughter-in-law Ulises and Janelle Solorio of Fresno, CA; son and daughter-in-law Antonio and Brandi Solorio of Hollister, CA; daughter and son-in-law Christine and John Trindade of Atwater, CA; daughter Mikaela Solorio of Fresno, CA; daughter and son-in-law Yuridia and Ryan Faddis of Gainesville; son Mike Solorio, Jr. of Gainesville; son Ruben Solorio of Gainesville; 13 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild. He is also survived by his brother Nicholas Solorio of Gainesville and his sister Lupe Dimas of Los Banos, CA.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents and his sister.
