Funeral services for Elizabeth Schully, 94, of Gainesville, are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 8, 2013 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Chapel with Rev. Hubert Wright officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 7 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.

Mrs. Schully was born July 25, 1918 to William S. and Lillian Amelia Hughes, Sr. in Brookfield, MO. She passed away April 4, 2013 in Gainesville.

Survivors include: son, Dan Schully and wife, Fran of Lindsay; daughter, Susan Menzie of Gainesville; daughter, Jodi Schully of Gainesville; grandson, Patrick Schully and wife, Bethany of Lindsay; grandson, Mathew Menzie and wife, Michele of Denton; grandson, Mark Menzie and wife, Carrie of Lindsay; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Goodman of College Station; sister-in-law Gloria Hughes of Los Altos, CA; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Schully was predeceased by her parents; husband, Joe Schully; brother, William S. Hughes, Jr.; sister, Thelma Gray; and granddaughter, Melissa Schully.
