Richard Ree Ditman

Memorial Services for Richard Ree Ditman, 65, of Lake Kiowa, are set for 11:00 AM Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Faith Lutheran Church in Gainesville, with Pastor Scott Sundbye officiating. Burial of cremains will take place on April 19, 2013 in Winside, NE. No visitation is planned.

Richard was born on March 12, 2013 in Norfolk, NE to Dr. N.L. and Irene Weible Ditman. He passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2013 in Gainesville.

Richard worked numerous positions in the insurance industry both in Nebraska and Texas. Richard enjoyed hunting, fishing, and sports, especially Nebraska football. Go Big Red!!!

He is survived by his wife Jackie Ditman of Lake Kiowa; daughter and son-in-law Jodi and Mark Creighton of Flower Mound; daughter and son-in-law Kelly and Phil Bradshaw of Flower Mound; grandchildren Jessica Creighton Grunewald, Mackenzie Creighton, and Zach Bradshaw. He is also survived by a brother and sister-in-law William and Sherry Ditman of Westcliffe, Co, and numerous friends, nieces, nephews, cousins, and family.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Robert Ditman.
