Jimmy Wolfe

Funeral services for Jimmy Wolfe, 27, of Gainesville are set for 10:00 AM Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Kremling officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery. A gathering of friends and family will be held at the funeral home from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, April 16, 2013.


Mr. Wolfe passed away April 13, 2013 in Cooke County.


Jimmy was born May 21, 1985 in Denton to Hugh and Sherry McElreath Wolfe. He loved the outdoors and going to bull rides with his dad. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with friends. Jimmy never met a stranger.


Mr. Wolfe is survived by his father Hugh Wolfe of Gainesville; daughter Lexie Wolfe of Gainesville; fiancé Ashley Harrison of Gainesville; step-son Andre Lawson of Gainesville; sister Brittany Gates of Gainesville; special brother Jammie Knabe of Gainesville; grandparents: Joe Carroll McElreath of Gainesville, Jim Wolfe of Gainesville, and Betty Lucas of Wylie. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.


Jimmy was preceded in death by his mother Sherry Wolfe; grandmother Jane Sutton; uncle Ronnie Wolfe.


Pall bearers will be Casey Klement, Jared Cook, Zach Garner, Jammie Knabe, Randy Hart, and Terry Shoemake. Honorary pall bearers will be Don Wolfe and Andre Lawson.
