Graveside service for Mary Maxine Sweet 81, of Gainesville are set for Monday May 13, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Pavillion at Fairview Cemetery under the direction of the Geo. J. Carrroll and Son Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Sunday May 12, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mary passed away on May 10, 2013 in Gainesville.

Mary was born on July 10, 1931 in Love County, Ok. to George Franklin and Mary Bessie Workman Edington. Mary was a homemaker.

Mother your love will forever live with us. You gave us life, nurtured and cared for us and embrassing us with happy moments along with the sad moments. You stood with courage to meet the responsibility that fell upon you and sacrificed so much for the love of your children. We reflect with admiration and respect the wonderful woman you were. Our hearts will always be filled with joy of knowing your love was the most precious gift we have ever received. We love you for being a caring person, a remarkable woman and exceptional mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. This love that yo have given will forever live within us.

Mary is survived by a son and daughter in law Michael and Cynthia Sweet, daughter and son in law Tammi and Steve Hughes, granddaughter and spouse Samantha and Michael Nava, granddaughters Chrystalin and Chryssle and great grandchildren Zachary and Kyle.
