Thomas "Tom" Leroy Perryman

Funeral Services for Thomas "Tom" Leroy Perryman, 82, of Houston, formerly of Gainesville, are set for 2:00 PM Friday, May 17, 2013 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home, with the Rev. Don Yeager officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home. A visitation will be held at 6:00 PM Thursday, May 16, 2013 at the Funeral Home.

Tom was born in Tulsa, OK. to Vernie and Goldie Rist Perryman on November 9, 1930. He passed away on May 13, 2013 in Houston.

Tom always enjoyed tinkering in his garage and building things. He built everything from furniture to an add-on on a mobile home. His engineering mind was always at work.

He is survived by his wife Roselie Perryman of Meridian, MS; son Alan Perryman of Socorro, NM son Vern Perryman of Houston, TX sister Ida May Bush of Cabot, AR; sister Goldina Collins of Skiatook, OK; and sister Sharon Elliot of Independence, MO.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Helen G. Perryman in 1976; son Steve Perryman; brother Herman Perryman; brother Virgil Perryman; bother Harold Perryman, and his parents.
