Mary K. Thompson

Graveside service for Mary K. Thompson 72 of Gainesville are set for Monday May 20, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at New Resthaven Cemetery with Rev.. Frank Sikes officating under the direction of the Geo. J. Carroll and Son Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Sunday May 19, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mary passed away on May 16, 2013 at River Valley Health and Rehab.

Mary K. Thompson was born on March 4, 1941 in Denison, Iowa. She was a lifelong resident of Gainesville, and self employed most of her life and spent the last eleven years residing at River Valley Health and Rehab. She was of the Catholic Faith.

Mary is survived by her daughters Belinda Wilson, Wanda Luttmer and her husband Mark, Galinda Thompson, Jackie Thompson and daughter in law Tasha Thompson. Also several step daughters and Sons, 18 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, husband Leland Thompson, son Ricky Thompson and several brothers and sisters. Pallbearers will be Chase Johnson, Cody Johnson, Brian Crisp, Joseph Crisp, Lance Thompson and Jarod Jones and Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Crisp, Cameron Crisp, Logan Johnson and Chase Johnson.
