John Gray

Funeral services for Johnny "John" Elvin Gray, 57, of Walnut Bend, are set for 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Sharrock Cemetery under the direction of Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home. No visitation is planned.

John was born on May 23, 1957 to Marvin Elvin and Norma Lee (Allen) Gray. He passed away on October 31, 2013 in Denton.

He is survived by his parents; daughter Lynette Hess of Gainesville; Son Heath Gray of Walnut Bend; brother Robert Gray of Callisburg; sister Cathy Godbe of Falkville, AL.; sister Betty Gray of Gainesville; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his son Marvin Chad Gray; sister Darlene Brown; and sister Jeanene Holloway.
