Gwendolyn "Gwen" Rosson

A graveside service for Gwendolyn "Gwen" Rosson, 79, of Gainesville, is set for Monday, November 25, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the New Resthaven Cemetery under the direction of Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Kremling officating. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 24, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. til 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Gwen passed away on November 22, 2013 in Gainesville, Tx.

Gwen was born on September 8, 1934 in Whitesboro, Tx to J. W. and Eula Beatrice Smart Sikes. Gwen married Elbert Rosson on June 17, 1955 in Gainesville and was a member of the Temple Baptist Church of Gainesville.

Gwen is survived by her husband Elbert Rosson of Gainesville, daughter Sharon Bezner of Lake Worth, Tx, grandchildren Melissa Bezner and John Hill and Amanda Louise Bezner of Euless, Tx and Rufus Elbert Bezner of Lake Worth, Texas, great granddaughter Alice Gwendolyn Hill sisters-in-lawand brothers in law Dorothy Franklin, W.L. and Lena Rosson, Betty and Gary Hillis and Bonnie and James Wilson and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Gwen was preceded in death by her mother Eula Franklin, stepfather Ralph Franklin, half-brother Leslie Franklin, and son-in-law Rick Bezner, sister in law and brother in law Joyce and Gilbert Bindel and niece vickie Monkers.
