Judy Haubrich

July 10, 1937 — January 17, 2014

Judith Ann (Dunley) Haubrich was born July 10, 1937 to Margaret (King) Wray and Raymond Brown Dunley. Judy grew up in Bloomfield, IA and attended Coe College in Cedar Rapids, IA. She met Jerry Haubrich and they were united in marriage June 7, 1957. Throughout their 56 year marriage Judy enjoyed traveling, golfing, and numerous craft activities. Judy was very active in the Girl Scouts and was a leader for many years. She also had a standard poodle that was a therapy dog at Baylor Medical Center. Cooking and entertaining were a passion of hers. A long time resident of Lake Kiowa, TX, Judy spent 8 years as President of the Lake Kiowa volunteer fire department and assisted in numerous fund raising events.

Judy is survived by her husband, Jerry Haubrich of the home; her two daughters, Julie Lacy of Delaware, OK and Joyce Daniel of Tonkawa, OK; her 9 grandchildren, whom she was very proud of, Kari Sawyer, Kristin Morrison, Scott Klufa, Michelle Owen, Jenni Klufa, Sean Klufa, Branson Daniel, Kari Widener, and Eric Daniel; and 7 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cancer Research or a charity of your choice.

A graveside service will be held in Stillwater, OK at a future date.
