Leanna "Wimpy" Louise Carriker

Funeral services for Leanna "Wimpy" Louise Walker Carriker are set for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 8, 2014 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Oakwood Cemetery in Whitesboro under the direction of Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Friday, February 7, 2014 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.

Leanna was born on September 12, 1973 in Houston to George and Katheryn (Smith) Walker. She went to be with our Master on February 5, 2014 in Gainesville.

She is survived by her husband David Carriker of Gainesville; parents George and Katheryn Walker of Gainesville; sister and brother in law Michelle and Darryl Stevenson of Canton; brother and sister in law Todd and Nita Walker of Whitesboro; nephew Cody Stevenson and his wife Dixie of Canton; niece Sarah Boswell of Gainesville; several great nieces and great nephews; special cousin Jerry Dawley of Callisburg; aunt and uncle Lorretta and John Cooper of Canton; aunt and uncle Brenda and Harold Alfred of Ada, OK.; several cousins and a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her great nephew Rustin Boswell.

Her laugh and her kind heart will be missed.
