Vickie Lou Brinkley

Memorial services for Vickie Lou Brinkley, 56, of Collinsville, will be held at 7:00 PM Friday, February 28, 2014 at the First Baptist Church in Muenster with Pastor Rodney Sprayberry officiating. A visitation will be held Friday from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, preceding the service.

Vickie passed away on February 25, 2014 in Gainesville.

Mrs. Brinkley was born August 30, 1957, in Gainesville, to Leon Everett and Bessie Marie Childress Brinkley.

Vickie is survived by her mother; son and daughter-in-law Chad Allan and Francheska Brinkley of Universal City; daughter and son-in-law Amanda Sue and Donald Ray Dodson, Jr. of Collinsville; son and daughter-in-law Jonathan (Johnny) Ray and Rebecca Brinkley of Callisburg; grandchildren Austin Brinkley, Grant Brinkley, Emma Brinkley, Roger Canady III, Kutter Dodson, Abbigail Dodson, Ryder Dodson, Johnna Brinkley, Waylon Brinkley; brother and sister-in-law Darrell and Georgiana of Peoria, AZ; brother and sister-in-law Earl and Polly Brinkley of Gainesville; brother Jimmy Brinkley of Gainesville; brother Everett Brinkley of Gainesville; brother Tony Brinkley of Ardmore; sister and brother-in-law Sue and Marty Nelson of Rowlett; sister and brother-in-law Tina and Troy Lutkenhaus of Muenster. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Brinkley was preceded in death by her father; grandparents Walter and Annie Brinkley, Cleo Brinkley, Burt Childress, Oscar and Eiffie Truham; nephew Waylon Nelson.
