Funeral services for Emilio Morales, 63, of Gainesville, are set for 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 21, 2014 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Juvel Garcia officiating. Burial will follow in the New Resthaven Cemetery under the direction of the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. Thursday, March 20, 2014 at the funeral home.

Emilio was born in Nueces County on March 24, 1950 to Leonardo and Maria (Riojas) Morales Sr.. He passed away on March 17, 2014 in Gainesville.

He is survived by his wife Cruz Morales of Gainesville; daughter Abigail Morales of Gainesville; and son Jose Renteria of Lewisville, siblings Joe Morales, Esmeralda Gracia, Irma Salazar, Erlinda Morales, Israel Morales, Amelia Puebla and Roberto Morales..

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Leonardo Morales Jr. and Yolanda Garcia..
