Adolfo G. Salazar

Funeral services for Adolfo G. Salazar, 62, of Gainesville, are set for 2:00 PM Thursday, October 23, 2014 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home, with the Pastor Miguel Vega officiating. Burial will follow at the New Resthaven Cemetery under the direction of Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 6:00 PM at the funeral home.

Adolfo was born in Mexico on March 2, 1952 to Mauro and Catalina Salazar. He passed away on October 19, 2014 in Gainesville.

He is survived by his wife Irma Salazar of Gainesville; daughter Dolores Salazar of Gainesville; daughter Liza Salazar of Gainesville; daughter Roseanne Salazar and her fiancé Juan Celestino of Gainesville; grandchildren Asuzena Martinez, Eliazar Vargas, Sebastian Martinez, Enedina Martinez, Ethan Vargas, Aaliyah Cantu; mother Catalina Garcia; sisters Fausta Garcia, Raymunda Juarez, Susana Palomares, Baldomera Salazar, Josephina Guerrero, Alejandra Rosas, Irma Quevedo, and Saturnina Sanchez; brothers Jaime Salazar, Cudberto Salazar, and Juan Salazar.

He was preceded in death by his father; brother Juan Salazar; brother Abel Salazar; brother Alvaro Salazar; and brother Augustin Salazar.
