Robert Otho Mcelreath

Funeral services for Robert Otho McElreath, 81, of Gainesville, are set for 2:00 PM Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at the Geo. J. Carroll Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Morrow Cemetery under the direction of Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home. A visitation will be held Tuesday, October 28, 2014 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Robert was born on August 10, 1933 in Marysville to Elisha Hugh and Willie Elizabeth (Thornton) McElreath. He passed away on October 26, 2014 in Sivells Bend.

He is survived by his brother Joe McElreath of Gainesville; sister Janice Hunter and her husband Bill of Gainesville; brother Mickey McElreath of Burleson; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents; infant brother Donald McElreath; special friend Wynemia Mitchell; niece Sherrie McElreath Wolfe; and great nephew Jimmy Wolfe.
