William "Bill" Dandridge Bradford

A Celebration of Life Service for William “Bill” Dandridge Bradford, age 88, will be held Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at 6pm in the Geo. J. Carroll Funeral Home.

Bill was born September 23, 1926 to William & Lynella Bradford in Houston, Mississippi. He passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2014 in Gainesville.

Bill was in the US Army in 1946, serving in World War II as Private 1st Class gunner. He was a member of the 70th Antiaircraft artillery group. He went on to work for BNSF and ExxonMobile Oil. Bill married Lou Rilda Parr in 1970.

Bill is survived by his step children, Claudia Salinas of Aubrey, John Fenley of Kingsport, Tennessee and Don Fenley of Grapevine Texas, numerous grandchildren, and one nephew.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Paul, his wife, and granddaughter Leslie Trevino, as well as many close friends.
