Memorial service for Elvin Harvey Allen 42, of Gordonville Tx. will be held on Wednesday January 14, 2015 at 2:00 p.m with Gene Decker and Larry Jones officiating with services under the direction of the Geo. J. Carroll and Son Funeral Home. Elvin passed away on January 2, 2015 in Sherman, Texas. after a long fight with Diabetes and heart problems.

Elvin was born on January 15 1972, to Joy Olan and Ouida " Kaps " Allen. He married Emily Hawkins on April 20, 1996. Elvin is survived by his wife Emily, children Dustin and Maisie Allen, sisters and brothers in law Marsha Okay and David of Valley View, Tx, Annie Putman and Ricky of Springer, Ok., Judy Hensley and Keith of Collinsville, Tx, father in law Raymond Hawkins, of Bryson, Tx,sister in law Linda Harwell and her husband Jason of Bryson, Tx, Aunts Wanda Allen of Lubbock, Tx, and Evelyn Walker of Gainesville, Tx, several nieces and nephews, Danny Okay, Rebecca Okay, Laura Putman, Randy Kaye Putman, Trevor Putman, Robert Blake Bullard, Jenny McCroskey, Michael Hensley, Sierra Harwell and Jason Harwell and extended family and friends.
