Robert Travis Fielder

A graveside service for Robert Travis Fielder, 72, of Gainesville, is set for 2:00 PM Friday, April 24, 2015 at the Cottage Hill Cemetery in Celina, with the Rev. Hollis Parsons officiating under the direction of the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home. No visitation is planned.

Robert was born on November 3, 1942 in Gunter to Thomas Edward and Lillian Dorothy (Stambaugh) Fielder. He passed away on April 22, 2015 in Denton.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Phyllis Fielder of Gainesville; son Tim Fielder and his wife Suzanne; sister Joyce Sinclair and her husband Jack; grandsons Travis Fielder, and Nathen Fielder; granddaughter Raven Fielder; and numerous step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
