Dorothy Wiginton

Funeral service for Dorothy Wiginton 82, of Gainesville are set for Friday July 10, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Hillcrest Church of Christ with David Gray officiating with burial to follow in the Fairview Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 9;00 a.m Friday at the church . Service under the direction of the Geo. J. Carroll and Son Funeral Home. Dorothy passed away on July 6, 2015 in Gainesville.

Dorothy was born on November 18, 1932 in Sallisaw OK. to Elzy and Edna Jackson Diffee, She married A.L. " Curly " Wiginton on Sept. 28, 1949 and they enjoyed over 65 yrs. of marriage. Dorothy was a very proud mother, grandmother, homemaker and a member of the Hillcrest Church of Christ.

Dorothy is survived by her husband A. L. " Curly " Wiginton, sons and daughters in laws Mike and Kathy Wiginton , Jerry and Claudia Wiginton, grandchildren Nicol Orndorff and her husband Jason, Tiffany Lake and her husband Kyle, Jonathan Wiginton, Chelsie Clark and her husband Eric and Taylor Wiginton, great grandchildren Taylor and Darian Ornedorff, Ava, Presley, Elle and Brock Lake, Collins and Kennedy Clark and Emma Shell and several nieces and nephews. Family will serve as pallbearers.
