Funeral services for Gaynell Hines, 63, of Gainesville, are set for 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at the Church of Jesus Christ with Arthur Green officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home from 6:00 - 8:00 PM.

Gaynell was born on October 18, 1951 in Gainesville to Leon Everett and Alice Christine (Phelps) Colwell. She passed away on September 3, 2015 in Corinth.

She is survived by her daughter Tammy Lovato and her husband Randy of Gainesville; daughter Lisa Jones and her husband Kenny of Corinth; grandchildren Meagan Hweidi and her husband Malek, Dustin Wilson, Gabriella Lovato, and Dakota Jones; great-grandchildren Maliah Diaz, and Zoey Hweidi. brother Gary Colwell and his wife Edna of Gainesville; brother Ronnie Colwell and his wife Carolyn of Gainesville; brother Keith Colwell and his wife Janie of Gainesville; sister Debbie Watson and her husband Brett of Whitesboro; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and son Robert Arrington.
