Andrew "Drew" Elias Anderson

A memorial service for Andrew "Drew" E. Anderson, Sr., 87, of Lake Kiowa, is set for 12:00 PM Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at the New Life Bible Church with Andy Anderson officiating.

Mr. Anderson passed away September 13, 2015 at Lake Kiowa. He was born November 26, 1927 in Big Lake, MN to Fred E. and Clara B. Hinderager Anderson.

Drew grew up farming and had a love for working the land. Although he had other pursuits in life, his passion to farm never ceased.

Mr. Anderson is survived by his wife Peggy Anderson of Lake Kiowa; son Andrew "Andy" E. Anderson, Jr. and his wife Lisa of Lake Kiowa; daughter Colleen Doney and her husband Steve of Turah, MT; daughter Debra Hanson and her husband Steve of Washington; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters Elaine, Lorraine, Karen, Nadine, and Elise and his brother Donald.

Drew was preceded in death by his son Orville Anderson; 3 brothers and 5 sisters.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Breast Cancer Awareness or New Life Bible Church.
