Gerald passed from this Earth to meet our Heavenly Father on December 24, 2015 in Gainesville. He was born to Orville Mckenzie and Lucy Ellen (Buckley) Molsbee on October 27, 1929 in Nocona. He worked for Dowell for 35 years as an engineer. His love for God and family was always evident throughout his entire life.
Gerald celebrated life by being involved in many activities. He was a coach for Little League Baseball, a youth director, deacon and elder for Westminster Presbyterian Church and always attended all of his children’s activities. Over the years, we have learned that many others remember having Gerald as a coach or youth leader. He planted memories in their minds as well, that will never be forgotten. He was a very loving husband and daddy, and offered guidance and support to many.
Gerald is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Billie (Patterson) Molsbee of Gainesville; and quite a legacy as well, daughter and son-in-law Rebecca and John Sandifer of Crandall; son-in-law Jim West of Era; son and daughter-in-law Wayne and Twyla Molsbee of Gainesville; daughter Annette Kay Neurohr of Rockwall; son and daughter-in-law Jamey and Teri Molsbee of San Antonio; 17 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
In addition, he leaves many warm memories.
He was preceded in death by his grandson Brian Neurohr and his daughter Tricia (Molsbee) West.
