Services
Memorial service for Deborah Ann (Pope) Beaver, 63, of Gainesville, is set for 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January, 16, 2016 at Hillcrest Church of Christ with David Gray officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00-10:30 prior to the service.

Debbie will be laid to rest, beside her parents, at Fairview Cemetery, during a private burial.

History
Debbie was born May 1, 1952 in Gainesville to Raymond and Edith (Murphy) Pope. She passed away January 13, 2016 in Gainesville from a stroke after suffering from Alzheimer’s.

Debbie married Mike Beaver on April 20, 1989 and spent almost 25 years together. She had a passion for nature, including her flower garden and numerous, rescued pets. She enjoyed playing the piano and singing karaoke, which showed her love of music. Debbie’s huge heart could be seen in her love for people; family, friends, and strangers alike. She was a member of Hillcrest Church of Christ.


Survivors
Debbie is survived by her husband, Michael Beaver of Gainesville; son and daughter-in-law, Brandon and Holly Boyter; step-daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Larry McKnight; grandchildren, Blake Boyter, Blaire Boyter, and Courtney McKnight, mother of her 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Keith Pope and niece, Jennifer Pope; aunt, Fern Shotwell; and 2 cousins, Devon Wood, Misty Snowden and their children.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and step-children, Joseph Beaver and Tarjia Beaver.
