He is survived by his wife Dorothy Lewis of Gainesville; son and daughter-in-law Greg and Shella Lewis of Gainesville; son and daughter-in-law Chuck and Eve Lewis of Gainesville; brother and sister-in-law Olan and Judy Lewis of Pottsboro; brother and sister-in-law Franklin and Kay Lewis of Pottsboro; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
