Anna Mae Pierce

Anna Mae (Gerlica) Pierce, born in Corning, Ohio December 20, 1927 passed surrounded by her family June 20, 2017. She graduated from Corning High School and married Brad Pierce, her high school sweetheart on June 1, 1947. They moved to Gainesville, Texas in 1959 with National Supply Co. She is survived by her sons, Bob (Tammy) Pierce of Elm Grove, La. , Mick (Linda) Pierce of Sanger, Tx., Brad J (Sandra) Pierce of Gainesville, Tx and Tom (Sharon) Pierce of Gainesville, Tx., two sisters, Sr. Rose Mary and Sr. Dorothy Gerlica, SCN. of Ohio, 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Brad, 7 brothers, grand-daughter Michelle Williams, and grand-son Jason Pierce.

Viewing will be Thursday, June 22nd from 6:30 to 8:00 with Rosary at 6:00 pm at Geo. J. Carroll Funeral Home, 602 Lindsay St., Gainesville, Texas.

Services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, June 23, 2017, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Gainesville, with Rev. John Pacheco, Pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Gainesville, Texas.
