Shelley Warden

A memorial service for Shelley Warden, 53, of Gainesville, is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Monday, July 17, 2017 at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.

Mrs. Warden passed away June 30, 2017 in Gainesville.

Shelley was born September 22, 1963 in Russell, KS to Jerry Rae and Sondra Lee (Forshee) Oller. She spent time in Europe and South American as a teenager. Shelley met and married Rick Warden in Gainesville. She was a clerk at the County Tax Assessor’s Office. Mrs. Warden treasured most her time spent with family, especially her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed cooking, camping, and attending concerts.

Survivors include: husband Rick Warden of Gainesville; son Tyler Warden and wife Amanda of Gainesville; daughter Dixie Warden and Jeff Contreras of Austin; daughter Lillie Stockwell and husband Timmy of Gainesville; eight grandchildren; sister Patty Brennen and husband Bill of Gainesville; sister Staci Dehling and husband Johnny of Wautoma, WI; and brother Darren Oller and wife Dabrina of Wautoma, WI.

Mrs. Warden was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Sondra Oller.
