Hattie Mae Callahan

A memorial service for Hattie Mae Callahan, 78, of Gainesville, is scheduled for 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Corinth Baptist Church in Gainesville with Rev. Frank Lorne officiating.

Mrs. Callahan was born January 1, 1939 in Gainesville and passed away September 9, 2017 in Gainesville.

Survivors include: son Vincent Overstreet of Dallas; son Cedric Lee Callahan and wife Keisha Scott of San Antonio; grandchildren: Daniel Rodgers Sr. and wife Jasmine, Donell Overstreet and wife Acquanetta, and Ronda Overstreet-Askew and husband Latroius; a host of great-grandchildren; sister Roberta Peterson of Dallas; sister Willie Mae Wallace of Gainesville; and numerous other beloved relatives.

Mrs. Callahan was preceded in death by: husband Jimmie T. Callahan; parents Willie and Sallie Mae (Alexander) Overstreet; son Steven Overstreet; son Donald Overstreet; brother Billy Overstreet; brother Willie Overstreet; and sister Dorothy Flowers.
