Marcene Gardner

Funeral services for Margaret Marcene Gardner, 83, of Gainesville, are set for 10:00 AM Thursday, February 1, 2018 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Kremling officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Thackerville, Oklahoma. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM.

Marcene was born on January 18, 1935 in Thackerville, Oklahoma to Beeler Bryant and Minnie Bell (Beavers) Bryant. She passed away on January 28, 2018 in Sanger.

She is survived by her daughter Sheril Barthold of Thackerville, OK.; granddaughter Brandi Hosking and her husband Matthew of Lewisville; brother Waymon Bryant and his wife Lou of Gainesville; and several nieces, nephews, and close friends.

Marcene was preceded in death by her parents; husband John Gardner; and an infant brother and infant sister.
