TOMMIE J. PUCKETT
Services for Tommie J. Puckett, 84, of Gainesville are set for 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel of Gainesville. Burial will follow in Era Cemetery under the direction of the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home of Gainesville.
Mrs. Puckett died June 16, 2008, at Renaissance Care Center.
She was born May 26, 1924, in Gainesville to Perry and Jewel Hall Durham. On July 12, 1941, she married John “Sammy” Puckett in Marietta, Okla. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, John Puckett of Leo, Jerry Puckett of Arlington and Eddie and Tammy Puckett of Krugerville; daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Robby Tuggle of Leo; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John “Sammy” Puckett on Nov. 13, 2004.
Pallbearers are family members.
No visitation is planned.
