AUSTIN — Services for Buford True, 90, of Austin, formerly of Gainesville, are set for 11 a.m. Sunday at Fairview Cemetery.

Mr. True died June 28, 2008 at Heartland Health Care Center in Austin.

He was born June 4, 1918 in Ridgeview, Ill. to Robert and Beulah Wilson True.

He was a retail store owner.

Survivors include daughter, Donna True of Gainesville, daughter and son-in-law, Sherry and Richard Smith of Austin; grandchildren Dr. David Smith and his wife, Jill, of Euless; Rev. Leslie Tomlinson and her husband, Rev. Kit Tomlinson and their daughter, True, of San Antonio; a host of beloved friends and family; brothers, Lyle True of Freeburg, Ill.; Virgil True of Clatskini, Ore. and Harold True of Long Beach, Calif.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Ann True of February 2, 2008.
