Phoebe Boaz

Services are set for Phoebe Boaz, age 59, of Whitesboro, Saturday May 26, 2007 at the Geo. J. Carroll Chapel. Services will be conducted by Rev. Carl Douglas with burial at Oak grove Cemetery in Woodbine. Ms. Boaz died May 22nd at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. Family visitation will be at the funeral home Friday evening from 6-8 PM.

She was born on July 20, 1947 in Cooke County to Floyd & Jolene Reynolds Parker. She married Jack Doty in August of 1998 in Grayson County. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by Jack Doty of Whitesboro, father Floyd parker of Whitesboro, daughters Kathy Chavez, Karol Boaz & Kim Burgess all of Whitesboro, 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, sisters Barbara Shugart, Connie Stanley, brothers Harold Parker & Billy Joe Parker, all of Gainesville.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Jolene Parker, son David Boaz, and 2 grandchildren.
