Services for James A. Dennison, Jr., 64, of Lindsay are set for 10 a.m. Friday, July 4 at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel. He died July 1, 2008 at Presbyterian Hospital of Denton.

He was born February 3, 1944 in Sherman to James A. and Flora Simmons Dennison.

On June 4, 1968, he married Marcia Cler in Muenster. He attended school in Saint Jo and earned an associates degree from Cooke County College.

Survivors include his wife, Marcie Dennison of Lindsay, son and daughter-in-law, James III and Danah Dennison of Lindsay; daughter, Cheryl Dennison of Baltimore, Md.; triplet grandchildren — James IV, Kirsten and Alaina Dennison, several nieces and nephews and brother, Brad Dennison of Saint Jo. Mother-in-law, Armella Cler, Brothers-in-law and wives, Wayne & Debbie Cler, Glenn & Glenda Cler, Charles & Alyce Cler, Kevin & Pam Cler, and Tim Cler. Sister and brother-in-law, Brenda & Bob Thompson.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Dennison, Sr.; his mother, Flora Dennison; step-mother, Billie Dennison and sister, Charlotte Brewer.

Visitation is set for 7 p.m. Thursday at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.
