Archibald Lyndon Ward

Graveside service for Lyndon (A. L.) Ward, 86, of Gainesville, are set for 3:00 PM, Sunday, May 24, 2009, at the Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Bill Black officiating.



Mr. Ward died May 23, 2009 in Gainesville.



Mr. Ward was born June 4, 1922 in Valley View to Will Thomas and Minnie Chism Ward.



He is survived by his nephew and niece, Robert and Gloria Reeves of Valley Mills. He is also survived longtime friends and caregivers: Donna and Ricky Allen, Betty Muller and Families.



Mr. Ward was preceded in death by his wife Dean Ward, his parents, and two sisters, Willie Lee Reeves and Marie Sparkman.
