Ralph Dean Jones

Ralph Dean Jones, 80, of Gainesville passed away Sunday, November 30, 2008 at North Texas Medical Center. Graveside services are scheduled for Friday, December 5 at 2 p.m. at Nelson Grove Cemetery. A visitation is scheduled for Thursday, December 4 from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home. Mr. Jones was born February 1, 1928 in Rockport, Missouri to parents Rollin and Agnus Hazel Tharp Jones. He is survived by his wife Betty Jones of Gainesville; daughter Donna Mae O’Conner of Palm Bay, Florida; son and daughter-in-law Ralph Dean and Kristi Jones, Jr. of Sitka, Alaska; daughter Patricia Graham of Auburn, Washington; step-son and daughter-in-law Bradley and Jackie Montgomery of Olympia, Washington; step-son and daughter-in-law Jeffrey and Gail Montgomery of Seattle, Washington; step-son and daughter-in-law Kenneth and Janet Montgomery of Kennewick, Washington; step-son and daughter-in-law Robert and Kristin Montgomery of Seattle, Washington; step-daughter and son-in-law Sharon and Maynard Clark of Asotin, Washington; 25 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, sister, and first wife Pauline Jones.
