Wanda Coleman

Funeral services for Wanda Coleman, 72, of Gainesville, are set for Monday, December 29, 2008 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Duke Dowling officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Sunday, December 28, 2008 from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.

Mrs. Coleman died December 23, 2008 in Gainesville.

Wanda Coleman was born March 28, 1936 in Myra to Fred and Armeda Evans Hamilton.

Survivors include her husband Donald R. Colman, Sr. of Gainesville, brother and sister in law Joe E. and Joyce Hamilton of Gainesville, daughter and son in law Contesto and Daniel Parker of Ottawa, KS, daughter and son in law Paula E. Coleman and Jim Scott of Independence, KS, son Donald R. Coleman, Jr., of Freadonia, KS., son and daughter in law William C. and Dea Coleman of Ridgecrest CA, son and daughter in law Robert P. and Cindy Coleman of Coyville, KS, daughter in law Susan McCrystal of Hereford, Arizona, sisters in law Lottie Bell Hamilton of Gainesville, Juanita McDaniel of Apple Valley CA, Helen L. Wisdom of Boise, ID, and 29 grand children and 14 great grand children.

Mrs. Coleman was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Raymond H. Hamilton, William Hamilton, daughter Janice M. Osborn, and son Michael D. Coleman.
