A visitation for Marion Robertson, 86, of Gainesville is set for Tuesday July 28, 2009 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Geo J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home. With a private burial to follow. Ms. Robertson passed away Sunday at her residence.

Marion was born on October 25, 1923 in Gainesville to John James and Hannah Elizabeth Mae Kay Robertson. She graduated from Gainesville High School in 1941. She obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Banking and Finance from NTSC in Denton. She was a lifetime bookkeeper.

Marion is survived by a sister - in - law: Mary Robertson; a Nephew and several Nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents: John James Robertson and Hannah Elizabeth Robertson; brothers: Hubert Earl Robertson, John Robertson, and Turner Robertson.
