Dennis K. Baldree

Services for Dennis K. Baldree, age 56, of Gainesville are set for Thursday 4:00 PM at Temple Baptist Church with Wesley Bashaw & Rev. Travis Alford officiating. Burial will be at New Resthaven Cemetery. Family visitation will be on Wednesday from 7-8 PM at the Carroll Funeral Home.

Mr. Baldree died on May 19th at Denton Regional Medical Center. He was born November 30, 1950 in Hamlin, Texas to Vernon F. And Laura Cross Baldree. He was married to Ella Baldree. Dennis was a Resource Officer for the GISD and was an ordained minister serving as Associate Minister at the First Baptist Church of Oak Ridge. He was employed by Camax Steel for almost 30 years as a construction worker and foreman.

He is survived by his wife Ella, mother Laura Spray of Aspermont, his daughter Melissa Baldree of Gainesville, 2 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, sisters and brother-in-laws Francis and Harlon Powers of Gainesville, Kim and Daryl Schuchart of San Antonio, mother-in-law Freda Banks, sister-in-law Bernice Denny, sister-in-law Geneva & Mike Wallen of Sanger.

He is preceded in death by his father, his step-father Clyde Spray, and brother Terry Baldree.
