Gertrude Ortolon Seay

Memorial services for Gertrude Seay will be held on Sunday August 26th at 3:00 P.M. at the Geo. j. Carroll Funeral home with the Rev. J.L. William officiating. No family visitation is planned.

She died on August 22, 2007 at the North Texas Medical Center. She was born on December 4, 1930 in Orangefield, Texas to Jim & Lillie Sonnier Orloton. She married James W. Seay on 11/17/1951 in Bridge City, Texas.

She is survived by her husband James, children Sarah Lueb, Carolyn Grier, Brenda Lewis, Weldon Seay, and Pam Carter, 11 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and brother Jimmy Ortolon.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Frankie Ortolon.
